Some countries south of the Sahara are facing widespread insecurity. When we had the opportunity to confer with the National Secretary of Housing in one of the South Saharan countries, we articulated the need to tackle food scarcity and unemployment as national security issues. 5 years later, the countries were at the brink of collapse. Crime rate - kidnappings, robbery, burglary, and murders increased. This can happen anywhere in the world.  

Florida is showing about 67 counties, the total population of adjusted Florida labor force is about 11,190,000. Out of the 11,190,000 the employed persons count is 10,866,000 leaving about 324,000 Floridians (2.9%) unemployed. We feel it's our - at C & J Talents and others that care - civic duty to find these 324,000 unemployed citizens.  When we have found them, we can find opportunities that are best suited for them.
