You may be eligible for a refund of your TOS fees if:

• The services you received were not as described.
• The services you received were not completed on time.
• The services you received were not of the quality you expected.

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your last payment. Please provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days.

Refund Amount

The amount of your refund will be based on the severity of the issue and the terms of services you have received. In some cases, we may only be able to offer a partial refund.

Exceptions

We will not offer refunds for:
